I always feel like I'm at home at villa La Foresteria Serego Alighieri, I've been teaching there for over 8 years! This year we made wonderful regional recipes, including: Spicy Mussel Stew with Tomatoes and Basil, Risotto with Amarone wine produced at the villa, and an Italian Lemon Milkshake and Almond Crumb Cookie. We visited an amazing coffee roastery in Verona; went wine tasting in the caves of Soave; had a delicious risotto lunch at my friend Carlo's vineyard home, and spent a glorious day in Venice touring the Grand Canal and having lunch at the famous "bacari"!
