Scrapbook - Culinary Journey to Tuscany

Our Culinary Journey to Tuscany was wonderful. I had a fun group of students who were eager to cook! I taught them how to make Homemade Fettuccine, Pork Roasted the Way the Tuscan Do, and a delicious caramelized Coconut Budino. We also drank the great local Chianti wines! We visited Montepulciano for a "vino nobile" wine tasting; local Pienza cheesemakers to sample their aged Pecorino; toured a local pasta factory, and relaxed at the villa.
