Scrapbook - Culinary Journey to the Piedmont

This gorgeous location has breathtaking views of the surrounding Dolcetto, Barbera, and Cortese vineyards. The 17th Century villa has been recently remodeled and it is truly luxurious. We'll have our hands-on cooking classes in their new kitchen and enjoy the local hazelnuts, chocolates, and of course, Barberescos, Barolos, and fresh porcini mushrooms and truffles!
